Camp Details

The Southeast Regional Camp for ALERT Cadet will be held 23-27 September (Wednesday to Sunday) at Missionary Ridge in Valley Head, Alabama.

The camp theme will be the building of faithful men, and the teaching to future generations, focusing on 2 Timothy 2:1-7.

Included in the camp activities will be a Civil War battlefield tour, service project, rock climbing, hiking, rappelling, a river crossing, cave exploration and, swimming in an outdoor pool.

The cost will be $195 for a father/son pair, with additional son(s) being $50.

From Interstate 59 take exit 239 to U.S. Highway 11 South. Go 3 miles and look for County Road 731.Turn right onto 731 and go 1 mile to the entrance of Sequoyah Caverns & Ellis Homestead.
